These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Brick Domain, which operates brickdomain.net. By creating an account or using any Brick Domain product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sections 1 to 14 apply to every Brick Domain product. Schedule A applies additionally to Domain Alerts, and Schedule B applies additionally to Domain Investing Tools. Where a Schedule conflicts with Sections 1 to 14, the Schedule governs for that product. If you subscribe to more than one product, a separate subscription applies to each, and these Terms apply to all of them.
You must give accurate information when you create an account, and keep your login details secure. One account is for one person. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by anyone you give access to. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Prices, stock levels, discounts, promotions and dates shown on Brick Domain may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Retailers change listings without notice, automated collection can fail, and third-party suppliers can be wrong or unavailable. The retailer's own listing at the time you buy always governs, not what Brick Domain showed. Alerts may be delayed, duplicated or missed entirely, and an item may be sold out or at a different price by the time you see one. We do not guarantee that any deal, price, discount or stock level is available.
LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group. Brick Domain is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group. All LEGO product names, images and descriptions are used solely for identification purposes.
Brick Domain is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer whose pricing and availability we monitor, including Amazon.com, Inc. and Walmart Inc., nor by our data suppliers.
We may add, change or remove features at any time. In particular, a feature that depends on a third-party supplier may be changed or withdrawn if that supplier changes its terms, its prices or its availability, or ends our access.
Anything you enter into Brick Domain stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so that we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for what you enter being lawful and for having the right to enter it.
Brick Domain is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, or that any information it shows is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brick Domain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any lost profit, lost saving, lost investment gain, lost resale value, lost gift card value, lost data, or missed deal or purchase opportunity, however caused.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service in any twelve month period is limited to the total amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in them removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses, including legal costs, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if a payment fails. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. When an account closes, your subscriptions end and your data is deleted or anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 10, 11 and 12 continue to apply after your account closes.

A1. What it is. Domain Alerts monitors third-party retailers for LEGO pricing and stock changes and sends notifications, normally by Discord direct message, according to the preferences you set.
A2. Alert limits. Your plan sets how many sets you can track. The limit that applies is the one shown for your plan when you subscribe.
A3. Delivery depends on Discord. Alerts are delivered through Discord, which is outside our control. If you block direct messages, disconnect your Discord account, or Discord is unavailable, alerts will not arrive. We are not liable for alerts that are late, missed or undelivered.
A4. Alerts are information, not offers. An alert tells you what our data showed at the time it was generated. It is not an offer, a reservation, or a guarantee that an item is available at that price. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer.
B1. What it is. Domain Investing Tools provides research and reference information about LEGO sets, which may include price history, market and resale estimates, retirement dates, retailer coverage, promotional and gift card information, cash back rates, and tools that help you record and compare them.
B2. No financial advice. Domain Investing Tools is information only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and we are not a broker, a dealer or an investment adviser. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
B3. Estimates are estimates. Valuations, forecasts, returns, margins and similar figures are produced from third-party data and our own calculations. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Past prices do not predict future prices, collectible values can fall as well as rise, and figures may exclude fees, shipping, taxes and other costs unless stated. You are solely responsible for any decision you make to buy, sell or hold anything, and for checking the facts before you act. We are not liable for any loss arising from a decision you make using the product.
B4. Gift Card Wallet: we never hold value. The Gift Card Wallet is a record keeping tool. We do not buy, sell, issue, redeem, transfer or guarantee gift cards, and we never take custody of any balance. Any balance shown is what you entered or what a retailer reported to you, and we do not verify it.
B5. Gift Card Wallet: encryption and recovery. Gift card numbers and PINs are encrypted in your browser before they reach us. We store only the encrypted result and cannot read them. Your cards can be unlocked only with your passphrase, your recovery code, or a passkey you have registered, none of which we ever see. If you lose all of your unlock methods, we cannot recover your cards. We hold no copy of the key and have no way to reset it. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe, and keep your own separate record of any card you cannot afford to lose.
B6. Gift Card Wallet: your responsibility. A gift card is a bearer instrument: anyone who learns the number can normally spend it. You are responsible for the security of your device, your browser and your unlock methods, and for anyone you allow to use your account. We are not liable for value lost through a card expiring, an issuer or retailer refusing or voiding a card, an issuer becoming insolvent, fraud, or someone else obtaining access to your account or your cards.
B7. Promotions, gift card rates and cash back. Discounts, promotions, gift card rates and cash back rates come from third parties and change without notice. Whether an offer applies to a given purchase is decided by the retailer or the provider, not by us. We are not a party to those offers and do not guarantee that any of them will be honoured or paid.
