By using Domain Alerts (brickdomain.net), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Domain Alerts is a deal-tracking service that monitors third-party retailers for LEGO product pricing and availability changes and delivers notifications to users via Discord. Price and availability data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing or availability information.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Starter plan is $10.00 per month and allows up to 30 set alerts.
• The All Access plan is $25.00 per month and provides unlimited set alerts and discount alerts.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your plan benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the service to spam or harass others

5. Trademark Disclaimer

LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group. Domain Alerts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group. All LEGO product names, images, and descriptions are used solely for identification purposes.

6. Retailer Disclaimer

Domain Alerts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the retailers whose pricing and availability we monitor (including but not limited to Amazon, Target, Barnes & Noble, and others). Retailer names are used solely for identification purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Domain Alerts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate pricing data, or that alerts will be delivered in a timely manner. Retailer websites may change at any time and scraping may be delayed or unavailable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domain Alerts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed deals or pricing inaccuracies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
